Growth Circles are 10-week, small-group experiences designed for people who are ready to be held in their growth — professionally, personally, or both.
A Growth Circle is a facilitated small group that meets weekly for 10 weeks. Think of it as part accountability group, part peer coaching, part container for doing the real work of growing into who you’re becoming.
This is not a networking event. It’s not a lecture series. It’s a space where 8 people show up consistently, get honest with each other, and leave each session with clarity and momentum.
Growth Circles are for people doing meaningful work who want structured community support. Each circle has a specific focus — like small business ownership or navigating life transitions — so you’re in a room with people who truly understand your challenges.
You don’t need to be a member of Our Space to join a Circle.
