A Growth Circle is a facilitated small group that meets weekly for 10 weeks. Think of it as part accountability group, part peer coaching, part container for doing the real work of growing into who you’re becoming.
This is not a networking event. It’s not a lecture series. It’s a space where 8 people show up consistently, get honest with each other, and leave each session with clarity and momentum.
A typical session starts with a grounding and check-in, moves into a facilitated exercise, and closes with each person naming 1–2 commitments for the week. Occasionally there’s a skill-building segment based on what the group decides — how to use a new tool, marketing 101, that kind of thing.
Growth Circles are for women, nonbinary folks, and femmes doing meaningful work who want structured community support. Each circle has a specific focus — like building something of your own or navigating life transitions — so you’re in a room with people who truly understand your challenges.
You don’t need to be a member of Our Space to join a Circle.
Seats are limited to 8 per group. Interested but can’t make the time? Fill out the form anyway, we may be flexible on timing, and we’ll reach out as new circles form.

For women, nonbinary folks, and femmes, especially queer and leaders of color who’ve spent years carrying a lot, and are ready to come home to themselves. A 10-week circle for both the interior work of a transition (what’s yours to carry, what’s not, and what’s been waiting for you underneath it all) and the momentum that follows it: getting clear, getting moving, taking the next real steps. Held in person at Our Space, with a somatic and whole-person approach.

Growth Circles work because the same people show up consistently. We ask that you commit to attending at least 8 of the 10 sessions for group continuity. There are no makeup sessions unless the facilitator has a last-minute issue.
